Sappho Women accepts donations that support its work as a registered non-profit organisation based in Skala Eressos, Greece. All donations are accepted at the discretion of the organisation and applied in line with its stated purpose and activities.
We aim to ensure that donations are made freely and responsibly. Sappho Women will not knowingly accept a donation if, under reasonable circumstances, doing so could place financial strain on the donor.
Sappho Women does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Donors are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where appropriate before making a contribution.
Donations are accepted primarily in monetary form, including online payments and bank transfers. Other types of support, such as in-kind contributions or restricted donations, may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require prior discussion.
The organisation reserves the right to decline donations where the source is unclear, where conditions are incompatible with our work, or where acceptance would create legal, financial, or administrative obligations that cannot reasonably be met.
Sappho Women provides appropriate acknowledgement of donations in accordance with applicable regulations. Donors may choose to remain anonymous when making a contribution. Where donations are made anonymously, identifying information is limited to those within the organisation who require it for administrative purposes.
The organisation does not pay commissions, finder’s fees, or other incentives for directing donations.
Thank you for supporting the work of Sappho Women.
